Avalanche Studios, gets its finalized PC specs officially revealed on Steam. Just Cause 3 is an environment wide destruction oriented game, wreaking havoc across a map full of unique landmarks stretching upto 400 square miles. The same can be identified by the name of the game, ‘Just Cause’, which is a mere play of words interestingly arguing whether the cause is ‘just’ or is it just ‘cause’? Nevertheless, publishers Square Enix previously confirmed the release date for all platforms to be on December 1st, which is a week away from now. Square Enix had boosted up their launch publicity with a 4K trailer that was released last week. The trailer features massive landmark detonations, aerial attacks, train chases and bombards, missile drops and lot more. It pretty much gives us an insight of what lays ahead of us, with its tagline ‘Set The World On Fire’.
Square Enix had also announced the Collector’s Edition on March 12, 2015. There was a poll hosted to allow players to vote for their favorite items that they wanted to include in the edition. The results of the poll was declared on July 9, 2015 where they confirmed a grappling hook, weaponized vehicle pack content, a poster of Medici and an artbook. Avalanche and Square Enix has also organized a contest for all the Day One edition buyers of the game. Players are tasked with scoring chaos points to dominate the leaderboard, and the winners are assured prizes of USD 50,000 hard cash or a real life island. Heads Up: Just Cause 3, in development by Avalanche Studios, will be published by Square Enix on December 1st, 2015 for PC (Windows), Xbox One and Playstation 4. It’s the third game in the Just Cause series and a sequel to the 2010’s Just Cause 2. Stay tuned for further updates and analysis.
