Trackmania Turbo is finally set to be released on March 24 for Xbox One, PC and PS4. The game which is the latest installment in the intense and purgative arcade racing franchise, was delayed from its initial release in November 2015. Ubisoft said it "received valuable feedback" from fans, which it takes "very seriously". Therefore, to “enhance the campaign and the game’s interface, get the online infrastructure stable and add in a new user-made map mode”, this extra development time was mandatory. The game in development by Nadeo will be the first Trackmania game to be released for consoles since 2009’s Trackmania wii. The game will also support virtual reality. We hope that this delay will eventually lead to a more polished and refined version of the game.
Ubisoft’sDevelopers Nadeo has also spent this extra time in adding new features to the game. Users can play against friends on "your favorite user-made tracks", and the Trackbuilder mode was made "even more accessible and complete," while the random generator will be "fine-tuned”.

Trackmania Turbo was revealed at E3 2015 where we got to know that it will include 200 tracks spread across four different environments, four gameplay modes, and five difficulty levels. The new environments include Rollercoaster Lagoon, International Stadium, Canyon Grand Drift, and Valley Down & Dirty. All these locations will include striking graphics, new car designs and improved gameplay. Developers has also said that this game will include split screen multiplayer for upto 4 players. Such multiplayer will be happening for the first time for a racing game in both Xbox One and PS4 consoles.
Heads Up: Trackmania Turbo will be released on March 24, 2016 for Xbox One, PC and PS4. The game is available for preorder on Steam for $40.
