The refund offer includes a full refund of the season pass of downloadable content if both the game and the season pass are returned together. Everyone is eligible for the refund offer regardless of how long one has played the game. After coming up with several promises of providing the necessary bug fixes and updates, a new patch was released for the PC users in September. The patch provided many fixes and added support but eventually didn’t turned up to be enough. Following up on that, WBIE had announced a complete PC re-release (read more) of the game scheduled for October 28 but users kept on facing technical difficulties leading to more harsh complaints. To entice the wary gamers, WBIE even ran a campaign to give away free Batman Games (Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, Arkham Origins and Arkham Origins Blackgate) to Steam users who bought the Arkham Knight game before mid-November.

In all the efforts to satisfy their fans, WBIE kept failing in their promise to offer a smooth PC game experience for its fans. Arkham Knight which could have been easily among the top 5 games for the fans has stood out to be one of the most terrible experienced games for PC fans lately.
