Watchout Fans

  • The Phantom Pain is a sequel to the 2014’s Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes developed by Kojima Productions for the last time. Set in 1984, the game continues from the climax of Ground Zeroes carrying the same tagline of Tactical Espionage Operations, where the mercenary leader Punished “Venom” Snake makes his way to Afghanistan during the Soviet–Afghan War and the Angola—Zaire border region in order to retaliate against the people who killed his forces and almost got him.
  • The open world action stealth game features a similar gameplay as Ground Zeroes where players can navigate either by foot or vehicles such as cars and tanks, use lethal as well as non-lethal weapons such as tranquiliser darts, and snake possesses the special ability to call AI companions like Quiet, a female sniper; D-Horse, a horse that can carry more equipment; D-Walker, a fast mobile weapon platform that can provide heavy weapons support; and DD, a trained wolf to assist him in field.

Here is a rewind of the official E3 2015 trailer released by Konami giving us a glimpse of a stunning gameplay and open world graphics.

Heads Up: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain written, directed and developed by Hideo Kojima was released for all platforms worldwide on September 1st via steam. Nevertheless, this in turn has brought together all Metal Gear fans to live another Kojima game for the last time.
